The task and role of a supervisor is very important in a company. The responsibility charged to a supervisor is not just technical work. A supervisor is also responsible for providing support, motivation, direction and guiding personnel who are his subordinates. The skills needed as a supervisor are not only technical skills, but also require non-technical skills related to interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and so on.
In Basic Supervisory has been introduced about the functions and basic skills of a supervisor. While in the Advanced Supervisory Skills training, we will discuss further about the right leadership model for subordinates, build subordinate mentality, handle difficult behavior from subordinates, be an example for subordinates, and compile and measure subordinates’ achievements. Pendahuluan

Tugas dan peran seorang supervisor sangat penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Tanggung jawab yang dibebankan kepada seorang supervisor tidak hanya pekerjaan teknis. Seorang supervisor juga bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan dukungan, motivasi, arahan serta membimbing personil-personil yang menjadi bawahannya. Ketrampilan yang diperlukan sebagai seorang supervisor tidak hanya ketrampilan teknis saja, melainkan juga memerlukan ketrampilan non teknis yang berkaitan dengan interpersonal skill, leadership skill, dan lain sebagainya.

Dalam Basic Supervisory telah diperkenalkan mengenai fungsi dan keterampilan dasar seorang supervisor. Sedangkan dalam training Advanced Supervisory Skills ini akan dibahas lebih jauh mengenai model kepemimpinan yang tepat bagi bawahan, membangun mental bawahan, menangani perilaku sulit dari bawahan, menjadi teladan bagi bawahan, serta menyusun dan mengukur prestasi bawahan. Selain materi-materi tersebut, dalam training ini juga akan membekali peserta dengan pengembangan kemampuan para peserta training yang meliputi kepemimpinan, perencanaan, analisa masalah serta pengambilan keputusan.

  5. Menyusun dan mengukur prestasi karyawan: menetapkan sasaran umum kerja, menentukan tolok ukur prestasi, menetapkan area penilaian, menyusun grading dan tata cara penilaian bagi setiap karyawan.
