Training Professional Purchasing Officer

Pendahuluan
Pengelolaan fungsi pembelian merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat perlu diperhatikan dalam rangkaian proses produksi yang dilakukan sebuah perusahaan. Untuk itu, sangatlah diperlukan keterampilan pesonil di bagian purchasing (pembelian). Training ini akan membahas unsur-unsur manajemen pembelian agar perusahaan dapat memperoleh material yang tepat, mutu yang sesuai dengan harga yang wajar.

Tugas Professional Purchasing Officer adalah Membuat laporan pembelian dan pengeluaran barang, melakukan pengelolaan pengadaan barang melalui perencanaan secara sistematis dan terkontrol ( FIFO atau ERP atau MRP ), melakukan pemilihan atau seleksi pengadaan barang sesuai kriteria perusahaan, bekerjasama dengan departemen terkait untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional perusahaan, serta memastikan kesedian barang /material melalui mekanisme audit atau control stock.
Target Peserta :
Manager dan staf bagian purchasing (pembelian), staf bagian operasional, staf bagian produksi dan staf lain yang menjalankan fungsi pembelian.

Pembahasan konsep, diskusi kasus.
