- Melakukan negosiasi: menciptakan pembukaan/meraih perhatian, melatih pemahaman, membangun minat, membangun keyakinan, mengatasi keberatan, mengajak membuat keputusan.
- Mengakhiri negosiasi: konsesi, penutupan ringkasan, penutupan dengan menunda negosiasi, ultimatum, option.
- Taktik melakukan negosiasi (mind games, speed is matter, surprise, rubber time, master and slace, concession).
- Gaya negosiasi: competing, acomodating, collaborating, compromising, avoiding.
- Mereview, mengukur keberhasilan negosiasi.
