    • Effective preparation: identify who they are, identify your position, set goals and scenarios.
    • Negotiating: creating an opening / grabbing attention, training in understanding, building interest, building confidence, overcoming objections, making decisions
    • Ending negotiations: concessions, summary closures, closing by delaying negotiations, ultimatums, options.
  3. Tactics of negotiating (mind games, speed is matter, surprise, rubber time, master and slace, concession).
  4. Negotiating style: competing, acomodating, collaborating, compromising, avoiding.
  5. Review, measure the success of negotiations.

  2. Tahapan negosiasi:
    • Persiapan yang efektif: kenali siapa mereka, kenali posisi Anda, tentukan sasaran dan skenario.
    • Melakukan negosiasi: menciptakan pembukaan/meraih perhatian, melatih pemahaman, membangun minat, membangun keyakinan, mengatasi keberatan, mengajak membuat keputusan.
    • Mengakhiri negosiasi: konsesi, penutupan ringkasan, penutupan dengan menunda negosiasi, ultimatum, option.
  3. Taktik melakukan negosiasi (mind games, speed is matter, surprise, rubber time, master and slace, concession).
  4. Gaya negosiasi: competing, acomodating, collaborating, compromising, avoiding.
  5. Mereview, mengukur keberhasilan negosiasi.
