Pengantar
Training ISO TS 16949 oleh Global Compliance Asia – adalah persyaratan teknis yang ditetapkan oleh Badan ISO menjadi sistem standar manajemen mutu untuk industri otomotif. Dimana ISO 16949 ini berdasar pada persyaratan ISO 9000 dan persyaratan khusus yang dikembangkan oleh IATF.
Untuk mengimbangi semakin meningkatnya persaingan dalam industri otomotif, maka para produsen makin giat dalam mengembangkan berbagai metode, teknologi, ketrampilan serta sumber daya dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan otomotif untuk pelanggan.
