Pendahuluan :
Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting bagi suatu organisasi atau perusahaan dalam era globalisasi, dimana manusia berperan sebagai modal aktif yang mempunyai perilaku khusus untuk dapat membentuk organisasi/perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan.
